We stand by our work
Every piece we make is laser-cut right here in Australia, and we take a lot of pride in what goes out the door. If something's not right, we want to make it right.
Our promise
If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, we'll offer a full refund or replacement - it's your call. No fine print, no runaround. You have 365 days from the date of purchase to request a return.
How it works
- Get in touch with us at 1300 649 107 or drop us an email and let us know what's up
- If we need the item back, just post it to us - we'll cover the refund or replacement once it arrives
- Return postage is at the customer's expense
- Refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving the item back
- For custom orders, we'll send you proofs before we cut anything - if you're not happy at the proof stage, we'll refund you in full without needing anything sent back
Custom orders
For personalised items (custom signs, pet memorials, wall art from your photos, etc.), we'll work with you on the design until you're happy before we start cutting. If we can't get it right, you get your money back – simple as that.
