We stand behind our work. Every piece comes with a 5-year structural warranty covering defects in materials and craftsmanship.

This doesn't cover damage from misuse, improper installation, or extreme weather exposure on unsuitable materials - but if something's not right, reach out and we'll sort it out.

We ship Australia-wide. Your piece will be carefully packed and dispatched within 7 business days of design approval.

Smaller items go via Australia Post. Larger pieces are sent with a freight carrier who'll contact you to arrange delivery.

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on size and location.

For Corten Steel

Corten is low-maintenance by nature. The rust layer is actually a protective shield that prevents deeper corrosion.

• Let it do its thing - you don't need to oil, seal, or treat it
• Expect runoff during the first few months and in wet weather. Keep it away from surfaces you don't want stained, or protect the area below
• To clean, just hose it down or wipe with a damp cloth. Avoid soaps or chemicals as these can interfere with the natural weathering process
• Once the patina stabilises (usually within 6-12 months depending on your climate), runoff will reduce significantly

For Powdercoated Mild Steel

Powdercoating is tough, but a little care will keep it looking sharp.

• Wipe down with a soft cloth to remove dust. For marks or fingerprints, a damp cloth with a tiny drop of mild dish soap works well
• Avoid abrasive pads, steel wool, or harsh chemicals - these can scratch or dull the finish
• Chips are rare, but if they happen, a dab of exterior-grade metal touch-up paint will protect the exposed steel from moisture

General Handling & Safety

• Watch the edges: Because your piece is hand-cut from 2mm steel, some edges may be sharp. We recommend wearing gloves while unboxing and hanging
• Secure mounting: Steel is durable but heavy. Make sure you're mounting into a solid surface or using appropriate anchors for plasterboard
• Coastal environments: Pieces hung in high-salinity areas may age faster. A quick rinse with fresh water a couple of times a year will help remove salt buildup
